South Carolina-based company, Luray Peanut Co., donates $5K to the Jacksonville Jaguars Foundation through their Luray Peanut Pickoff initiative.
Luray Peanut Co. partnered with the Jacksonville Jaguars at the beginning of the 2022-2023 season to kick off their Luray Peanut Pickoff Program. The mission of the program was to directly benefit youth football initiatives in the Jacksonville community.
Each time the Jaguars completed an interception at their home stadium this season, Luray partnered with the Jacksonville Jaguars Foundation to donate to youth football initiatives throughout the Jacksonville community. The
Jaguars completed 14 interceptions this season.
Luray Chief Executive Officer Lauren Marcinkoski was thrilled that their local company was able to make a profound impact to the Jacksonville community.
“The biggest win was us being able to deliver a check that will support youth football initiatives in the Jacksonville area through our incredible partnership with an amazing team,” said Marcinkoski. “We are thankful for our partners like Luray who help us have an impact on the Jacksonville community. Through the Peanut Pickoff promotion, we were able to provide a donation to our youth football programs that benefit children from the Duval community,” said Whitney Meyer, Jacksonville Jaguars Senior Vice President & Chief Community Impact Officer.
